Dr. Sharma is Associate Professor of CDC. He received PhD from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. His research areas are isolation, purification, and structure elucidation of various natural products and exploring their biological activities.

Professional experiences

• Dr. Sharma started university teaching career in 1998 from Birendra, Multiple Campus, Chitwan.  At present, he is Associate professor at Central Department of Chemistry, Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
• He has  served as the head of science faculty in Balkumari College, Narayagarh, Chitwan, Nepal (Balkumari college is the first QAA and ISO certified college in Nepal).
• He visited HEJ Research Institute of Chemistry ICCBS, University of Karachi, Pakistan as fellow researcher where he completed a part of his PhD work.
• He has presented his research works in many international/national workshop/seminar. He has received best poster/oral presentation award in international/national seminars.
